Some FAQ

 

  • What is it like?
    • Flushing UMC is a multi-generational church, with worship options for people who prefer contemporary or traditional services. 
  • When are your Sunday services?
    • 8:45am Traditional
    • 11:15am Contemporary
  • What about my kids?
    • Your kids are welcome to stay in the sanctuary with you and utilize one of our grace spaces or stay with you in your seats. Children are a welcome presence in our santuary whether they like to be loud and squirmy or quiet and still. We do have a staffed nursery available as well for parents who would prefer that option.   • Where do I park?
    • We have parking available off of Hazilton St. Our ramp and stairs are going to be under renovation this summer, so we may update with alternate parking plans as need during those months.
  • What do I wear?
    • Come as you are! You can dress to the nines or come in off the street, whatever you feel comfortable in is welcome here.
